Hi All,

I graduated a semester early, Dec. '08, and landed a job as the animal health biologist at the New England Aquarium. As part of my job I work closely with veterinarians, aquarists, rescue and rehabilitation biologists, and marine mammal trainers.

A quick run through my typical day (which is never typical):

I check on all the aquarium systems in the medical center, get water samples, check on patients, dispense medications, give injections, shoot and develop x-rays, oversee any quarantine procedures, aquarium system maintainence, and the list goes on.

If you have any questions about NEAq or about working there, shoot me an e-mail
