After graduation I moved to NYC and began work as a scientific assistant at the American Museum of Natural History in the department of Ichthyology. My job included identification and preservation of specimens, molecular analysis for phylogenies, and field collecting in Madagascar. In the fall of 2009 I will begin my M.S. in Biology at Cal State University, Fullerton with a concentration in the physiology of regional endothermy in tuna and other large pelagic fish.
